摘要
介绍了采用Numeca的Fine/Turbo软件对某空冷50MW机组低压缸末三级进行了变工况三维粘性数值模拟,重点分析了不同背压条件对机组低压缸性能的影响。详细分析各工况下的三维流场信息,结果显示背压变化对末级的影响比较大,在高背压、小容积流量工况下,在末级动叶中部出现较大的分离区。通过分析研究低压缸全工况三维流场,可深入了解透平内部流动机理,有助于进一步优化空冷机组设计。
For LP casing of 50MW air cooling units, the internal 3-D flow field of the off design simulated with Fine/Numeca, a 3-D CFD software, is introduced. The effect of different back pressure conditions on the performance of the LP casing has been analyzed mainly. The analysis has been contrasted in detail on full 3-D flow field information of each condition. It is concluded that there is much effect of variational back pressures on last stage of blade. There will appear a larger separate region in the middle part of the last stage in the high back pressure and small volume flow condition. Through the study for the full 3-D flow field of LP casing. under all conditions, the internal flowing mechanism of the turbine shall be known clearly to optimize the design of air cooling units.
