摘要
通过对混凝土温度裂缝分类、成因与控制机理的分析,总结了混凝土温度应力的公式。通过控制温差ΔT、尽量采用αT值小的材料、控制混凝土的坍落度与优良的粗细集料来减小温度变化和由此产生的温度应力,防止混凝土温度裂缝的产生。并通过温度监控来控制混凝土表面、内部温度。对某大厦在设计、材料、施工与监控采取有效的措施,避免了温度裂缝产生,为今后类似工程处理提供了参考。
The paper gives the formula of temperature stress by analyzing the cause ,classification and control mechanism of the the thermal crack control of concrete. The paper gives a series of technical measurements, such as design, material or construction to decrease temperature stress for the prevention of the thermal crack control of concrete. Temperature control technique is widely used to control surface and internal temperature in concrete.
