摘要
提出了灰口铸铁材料性能评价的灰色关联分析模型。以铸铁的抗弯强度、冲击韧度、基体维氏硬度、碳化物维氏硬度和材料硬度为综合性能评价指标,根据评价样本与理想样本的关联度大小判断铸铁材料的优劣。针对传统灰色关联分析模型权重分配和确定存在的问题,采用加权灰色关联度策略加以改进,用权重的形式体现各评价指标对评价目标的影响程度,利用系统的信息熵确定权重的大小,权重完全由数据样本点的信息决定,避免主观确定方法带来的影响和干扰。评价结果显示它更加客观科学、符合实际情况。
A grey relational grade analysis model of iron casting overall performance evaluation was proposed. It took iron casting bending strength, impact toughness, HRV of base, HRV of carbonized matter, HRC of material as overall performance parameters, and judged iron casting quality according to its grey relational grade between evaluating sample and the ideal sample. Considering the problem that traditional grey relational analysis existed to determine and distribute weights, an improved grey relational grade analysis method was applied to solve the problem. The important level of evaluation index to evaluation objective was embodied by giving different weight, and weight was determined by information entropy of sample date sires, It can avoid men-made influence of subjective, so the result of iron casting quality evaluation was more scientific and rational.
