摘要
目的:介绍用逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH)治疗股骨远端AO分类C型骨折的方法。方法:应用GSH治疗12例股骨远端AO分类C型骨折患者,其中C1型7例,C2型3例,C3型2例。结果:12例骨折愈合时间16～24周(平均20周)。膝关节功能恢复优良9例(81．8%)。结论:股骨远端逆行交锁钉操作简便、固定稳定、可以实现早期功能锻炼,是治疗股骨远端C型骨折的有效方法。
Objective：To introduce the methods of retrograde interlocking intra-medullary nailing for distal femoral fracture. Methods： Retrospective analysis was done on 12 C-type of distal femoral fracture according to AO classification treated by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing, of which 7 cases were C1,3 cases C2 and 2 cases C3. Results： The time for bone healing of 12 cases was 16-24 weeks（average 20 weeks）. Nine cases had excellent recovery of knee function. Conclusion： It was an effective way to treat C-type of distal femoral fracture according to AO classification with retrograde intramedullary nailing. Early exercises could be realized by simple performance and firm fixation and help the function.
