摘要
数控机床是现代科技发展的产物,也是现代工业发展的动力,但各国发展很不平衡,没有形成统一的标准.通过深入了解各国数控机床的发展现状及趋势,总结出数控机床的发展方向.经过认真分析总结得到:模块化、网络化、智能和柔性化是现代数控系统的主要特点;高度的集成化,体积小巧,但“智商”很高,是未来控制系统的发展方向.通过对近几十年来的数控系统进行归纳和分析,得出通用化和专用化是数控系统的两条发展主线,而且互为依存,相互发展.
The numerical control machine tool is the product of modern science and technology development, also is the power of modern industry development. But the development in numerical control machine tool is very imbalanced in various countries, and the unified standard has not formed. Through understanding present situation and development tendency of the numerical control machine tool in various countries, the development direction of numerical control machine tool has been summarized. It can be concluded that the modularization, network, intelligence and flexibility are the main characteristic, while high integration, miniaturization and high brainpower are the development direction for the future control system. Furthermore, the universality customization are the development masterstroke.
