摘要
以9,10-二溴蒽和芳基二胺为原料,在叔丁醇钠、Pd(OAc)2/P(t-Bu)3催化体系下合成了4种蒽基二胺衍生物。研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂量比的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:以无水二甲苯为溶剂回流反应3 h,Pd(OAc)2∶P(t-Bu)3=1∶1.2(物质的量比),n(P(t-Bu)3)∶n(二溴蒽)为0.48%;元素分析、GC-MS1、HNMR等表征了结构;DSC(差示扫描量热仪)测定了其玻璃化转变温度和熔点,结果显示它们均具有良好的热稳定性。
Four novel 9, 10-anthryldiamine derivatives were synthesized using 9, 10-dibromoanthracene and four different arylamine compounds as raw materials in the presence of a catalyst system consisting of sodium tert-butoxide and Pd ( OAc)2/P ( t- Bu). The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time and the dosage of catalyst was studied in detail. The best reaction conditions were:a reflux time of 3 h,a ratio of n(Pd(OAc)2): n(P( t- B u)3) = 1:1.2,and a ratio of n(P(t-Bu)3):n (9, 10-dibromoanthracene) = 0.48%. Structural analysis was carried out by means of elementary analysis, GC-MS, ^1HNMR, etc. The glass transition temperature of these compounds was determined by DSC to show their good thermal stability.
