摘要
北伐前后,国民政府的实际控制范围由一省扩展至全国。在此期间成立的教育行政委员会,不仅影响到其后南京国民政府的中央教育行政制度,而且凸显出国民政府派系纷争与政局变动的复杂进程。因此,爬梳与澄清广州国民政府教育行政委员会成立与北迁的史实,有助于深入了解与把握北伐前后纷繁复杂的历史本相。
During the period of Northern Expedition, the actual control area of the Guangzhou National Government expanded from one province to the whole country. The Committee on Educational Administration, as the central educational administrative organization of Guangzhou National Government, not only influenced the central educational administrative organization of Nanjing, but also represented the complex course of the alteration in National Government. Therefore, to sort out the historical facts of the foundation and the move northward of the Committee on Educational Administration of Guangzhou National Government helps to deepen the understanding and mastering the complicated historical truth during that period.
