Integrin and Tumor Metastasis

摘要 整合素是一类介导细胞与细胞外基质及细胞与细胞间黏附的细胞黏附分子受体。整合素参与肿瘤转移的多个环节,在肿瘤转移中发挥着重要的作用。全文就整合素与肿瘤转移的关系简要综述。 Integrin is an important receptor of cellular adhesion molecules, which mediates the adhesion between cell and cell or cell and extracellular matrix. It involves in many elements of the tumor metastasis and plays an important role in tumor metastasis. The relationship between integrin and tumor metastasis is reviewed in this article.
