摘要
分析了三电平逆变器系统中ICBT驱动电路的主要干扰源及耦合途径,在此基础上对ICBT驱动电路EMC设计的一些问题进行了研究,重点讨论了光纤传输信号、辅助电源设计、瞬态噪声抑制以及PCB的抗干扰设计等问题,并给出了设计方案。
The disturbing sources and coupling loop of the IGBT driver in three-level inverter are analyzed. The design of EMC problem in IGBT driver is studied. Based on the study of some key points in IGBT driver design, a design scheme is proposed.
