糖尿病大鼠胰岛中激素敏感性脂肪酶表达和活性的变化 被引量:4

Expression and activity of hormone sensitive lipase in islets of diabetic rats

摘要 观察糖尿病大鼠胰岛中激素敏感性脂肪酶(HsL)和甘油三酯(TG)的变化,发现高脂饮食的糖尿病大鼠胰岛内脂质含量、HSL的表达和活性明显高于正常对照组(均P〈0.05),降低血糖不仅减少胰岛中TG的含量,而且HSL的表达和活性也下降。 The changes of expression and activity of hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) and triglyceride (TG) in the islets of diabetic rats were markedly increased as compared with normal control group ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Normalization of blood glucose reduced both content of TG and the expression and activity of HSL in the islet.
