摘要
目前,进入内地高校学习的少数民族大学生日益增多,加强少数民族大学生的思想道德教育,为少数民族地区培养政治思想强,科学文化素质高的人才,对促进少数民族地区经济建设,维护社会稳定和国家统一具有重要意义。因此,高校应站在维护国家统一和社会稳定的高度来认识加强少数民族大学生思想道德教育的重要性,高校德育工作者应当克服一些错误的教育心理,在深入了解当代少数民族大学生思想与心理的基础上,加强理想信念教育和马克思主义民族观教育,构建新的思想道德体系,以解决他们实际困难作为配合,力求使少数民族大学生思想道德教育取得实效。
Strengthens the national minority college student＇ s thought moral education, raises political thinking strong, scientific cultural quality high talented person for national minority area, may effectively promote the national minority area economic development, maintains social stability and the country is unified. Therefore, Basing on the united and social stability, the universities should recognize the importance for strengthening the ethnics education of minority college students. The universities moral educators must overcome some wrong education psychology, in the thorough understanding present age national minority college student thought and in the psychological foundation, strengthens the ideal faith education, strengthens the Marxism nationality view education, gradually guides them to construct the new thought morals system, solves their actually difficult achievement coordination, makes every effort to cause the national minority college student thought moral education to obtain the actual effect.
