摘要
纳米技术应用在杨梅保鲜包装上是一个新的尝试,它采用了交互性实验设计方案,将银纳米材料添加进塑料制成包装材料,可观测其保鲜效果。结果表明,纳米塑料包装材料和纳米奇冰石在提高杨梅好果率和延长货架期方面有正面效果;同时,在抑制VC分解方面具有一定的作用。
How to keep the fruit of waxberry fresh is a hot spot of research in Zhejiang province. Traditional method can not solve the preservation problems completely during transportation, storage and sales process. The waxberry fruit packing with the nanometer technology is a new way for keeping them freshly long time as a assistant manner and experiment was conducted for two years from 2004-2005. The result indicated that the plastic film with nanometer preservative material is effective for preventing decay of fruit, extending the shelf life and decreasing of vitamin C declining trends, this means the packing material with nanometer has certain effects on the preservation of the waxberry fruit, but a further research should be done in concentration and thickness of the material.
