摘要
目的探讨国内外精神障碍的研究现状和发展趋势。方法应用美国生物医学信息检索系统(PubMed)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMWeb),采用主题词检索的方法对国内外发表有关精神障碍的论文进行文献计量学分析。结果国内外精神障碍的文献均呈逐年增长的趋势,且研究构成相似。医学研究与社会干预研究对比,国际文献差异无显著性,而国内文献有显著差异。结论我国精神障碍研究应加强对治疗、心理方面的研究,并且需要医学人员、心理学家、社会学家的共同努力。
Objective To investigate the status and development trend of the research on mental disorders in China and abroad. Methods The method of subject-word retrieval was used to select the articles on mental disorders from Pubmed and CBMWeb. The bibliometrics analysis was performed. Results The number of the literatures about mental disorders in China and abroad increased year by year. The research structure of mental disorders in China was similar to that abroad. There were no significant differences in the number of literatures between medical study and social intervening study abroad, compared with significant differences in China. Conclusions The researchers of mental disorders should strengthen the studies on the psychology and treatment for mental disorders, which need the cooperation of medical staff, psychologists and sociologists.
