摘要
本文介绍了一种基于三磷酸腺甙(adenosinetriphosphate,ATP)生物发光技术测定液体试样中微生物含量的食品卫生检验仪器。在被测液中加入催化剂荧光素酶,旨在激发微生物发出瞬间微光,通过光电倍增管的捕捉、信号放大处理和模数转换得到发光值。实验结果表明,其发光值与食品中细菌总数之间存在着明显的线性关系,因此可以根据此发光值作为微生物含量判断食品卫生状况。该仪器具有测量周期短、效率高等特点。
A new food hygiene detecting instrument is introduced, which makes use of adenosine triphosphate, bioluminescence technique to examine the content of microbe in the liquid sample under test. Firstly, activator is injected into the liquid sample under test to stimulate the detected bacteria to radiate. The emitted glimmer is caught and amplified by PMT, then converted into digital signal that represents illumination value. Experiment results show that there is an obvious linear relationship between the content of the bacterium in the food and the illumination value, so the illumination value can be used as an index to describe the hygiene condition of the food. Moreover, the instrument has the advantages of short measurement time and high efficiency.
