关于螺旋CT扫描对穿孔与非穿孔性阑尾炎的鉴别诊断价值 被引量：4

摘要 急性阑尾炎是临床上常见的急腹症，螺旋CT的应用对阑尾炎的诊断准确性有了明显的提高，也减少了正常阑尾的误切除率。但在急性阑尾炎的手术过程中，常发现部分患者因阑尾穿孔而并发阑尾周围脓肿或急性腹膜炎。阑尾炎是否并发穿孔及其严重程度直接关系到治疗方案的选择和进行合理的治疗。因此，明确阑尾炎是否并发穿孔具有重要的临床意义。本文旨在探讨阑尾炎穿孔的CT表现及其诊断价值。
