摘要
目的探讨坚固内固定技术和颌间结扎固定术在下颌骨骨折治疗中的应用。方法选择113例下颌骨骨折患者为研究对象,对病例进行总结,将结果输入Excel数据库,对相关数据进行统计学处理并进行论述。结果简单骨折组和复杂骨折组在手术入路上存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后颌关系恢复良好,术后并发症的发病率很低。结论小型钛板坚固内固定适用于任何部位的下颌骨骨折,较之保守治疗有着无法比拟的优越性。
Objective To explore the application of rigid internal fixation and inter maxillary fixation on mandibular fractures. Methods 113 patients with mandibular fracture was chosen,and the data were input into excel database, and displayed by statistic chart. We analyzed the data and then discussed as follows. Results There was significant difference in operative approach between the group of simple fracture and the complicated ones（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In this group, the occurance rate of conplication was very low. Conclusion The rigid internal fixation of mini titanium plates applying to mandibular fractures is better than conventional treatment on contraposition of fractures.
