方钢管混凝土柱新型节点和异形柱在住宅钢结构中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了住宅钢结构的发展概况,提出了两种方钢管混凝土柱与H型钢梁连接的新型刚接节点——外肋环板节点和隔板贯通节点,分析了方钢管混凝土异形柱的特点。结合一栋6层钢结构住宅工程,阐述了这两种新型节点的构成和优点,并设计了分别应用于角柱、边柱和中柱节点的不同节点形式。设计了应用于异形柱结构中的L形、T形和十字形柱的外肋环板节点和隔板贯通式节点,提出了一体化的外肋环板节点和隔板贯通式节点,并分析了其在结构中不同部位的应用,为在工程中进一步推广应用这两种新型节点和异形柱结构体系奠定了基础。 The development of residential steel structure is introduced. Two new kinds of joints for concrete-filled square steel tubular (CFST) column to H-type steel beam connection are put forward, which are vertical stiffener joint and diaphragm-through style joint. The characteristic of special-shape column by CFST is analyzed. Considered with six-floor dwelling house engineering with steel structure, the construction and advantage of two new kinds of joints are summarized. And different joint form are designed for angle column, side column and mid column joint. Vertical stiffener joint and diaphragm-through style joint for L-column, T-column and + -column in special-shape column structure are designed. Integrated vertical stiffener joint and diaphragm-through style joint are brought forward. And analysis is carried out for its application in different place in the structure. Thus foundation is established for the development and application of the two new-type joints and special-shaped CFST column structure system in engineering practice.
