电针不同穴位结合高压氧治疗脑损害认知障碍 被引量:17

Effect of Electropuncture of Different Points with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Brain Lesion

摘要 目的:研究电针不同穴位配合高压氧治疗脑损害患者认知障碍的疗效。方法:50例脑损害患者随机分为A、B 2组各25例,均给予常规治疗和配合高压氧、电针治疗。A组取内关、神门为主穴,B组取合谷、外关为主穴,治疗前后分别采用神经行为认知状态量表(NCSE)和简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评定。结果:治疗10-20次后,MMSE和NCSE评分与治疗前比较,2组均明显提高(P<0.05),2组间比较A组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:电针内关、神门穴对改善脑损害患者的认知障碍,有明显促进作用。 Objective: To study the effect of electropuncture of different points with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive dysfunction in patients with brain lesion. Methods: Fifty eases of brain lesion were divided into treatment group and control group, receiving routine treatment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and electropuneture. MMSE and NCSE scores were respectively assessed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment MMSE and NCSE scores were significantly higher in two groups (P〈0.05). MMSE and NCSE scores in treatment group were significantly higher than in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Electropunctur of Neiguan and Shenmen points with hyperbaric oxygen therapy is more effective for cognitive dysfunction in the patients with brain lesion.
