摘要
本试验应用传统的醋酸地衣红染色法研究了山羊卵母细胞体外成熟过程中细胞核迁移现象，结果发现成熟分裂从GVBD现象起，其细胞核即由卵母细胞的近中央位置逐渐移向细胞表面，之后同源染色体分开，排出第一极体。卵母细胞成熟后，随着时间的延长，细胞核又逐渐远离第一极体端。试验结果采用面积积分法处理，结果为：0—5．7h山羊卵母细胞处于GV期，持续时间为5．7h；5．7—8．9h为DK期，持续时间为3．2h；8．9—15．9h卵母细胞处于MⅠ期。持续7h；15．9—17．5h为AⅠ期，持续1．6h；17．5—22h为MⅡ期，持续4．5h。
In this experiment we used orcein to stain the oocytes to study germinal vesicle migration. During the process of in vitro maturation, germinal vesicle migrates to the cell surface, Then homologous divide and first polarbody expulsed . After maturation, germinal vesicle gradually away from termination of PB Ⅰ. We used area integral. Result： GV 0 -5.7h, lasted 5.7 hours; DK 5.7 -8.9h , lasted 3,2 hours; M Ⅰ8.9 - 15.9h, lasted 7 hours; AⅠ 15.9 - 17.5;lasted 1.6 hours; M Ⅱ 17.5 -22h, lasted 4.5 hours.
