分离式热管蒸发段传热特性的试验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON HEAT TRANSFER CHARACTERISTICS OF SEPARATED TYPE HEAT PIPE EVAPORATION SECTION

摘要 在研究分离式热管蒸发段流动特性的基础上,对其传热特性进行了试验研究,获得了一些重要的结论.文中着重分析了核态沸腾传热区及飞溅降膜传热区的传热原理;根据试验数据回归整理了相应的换热系数无量纲准则关系式,计算值与试验数据吻合相当好;分别与大空间池沸腾传热和整体式热虹吸管热管蒸发段降膜区传热进行了比较,其结果为分离式热管的研究及工程应用提供了理论的依据. Based on the investigation of flow characteristic in an evaporator of separate heat pipe,its heat transfer characteristics have been investigated,and some important conclusions have been obtained in this paper. The analysis is focused on the heat transfer mechanism of the nucleate boiling and splash downwards flow liquid film regions. And the empirical dimentionless correlations of heat transfer coefficient are obtained by the regression analysis. Both of them are well agreement with the experimental data,and the comparisons with the heat transfer coefficients of pool boiling and the downwards flow liquid film region in integral thermosyphon evaporator are made,respectively.The results will provide theoretical basis for investigation and engineering application of separate heat pipe.
