摘要
在发动机电控单元(ECU)的“V”开发模式下,完成了电控单体泵柴油机ECU的控制策略算法功能设计和硬件在环仿真。设计了发动机的起动、怠速、智能功率、减速断油和跛行回家等柴油机运行控制策略。对开发的控制策略算法进行了离线仿真,并实现了控制策略程序的自动产品代码生成。在自主开发的ECU硬件在环仿真平台上验证了控制算法的正确性,所设计的ECU软件在电控单体泵柴油机上得到了成功应用。
Under the "V" developing pattern for engine electronically-controlled-unit(ECU), control strategy's function and algorithm design and off-line simulation for electronically controlled unit pump diesel engine are successfully fulfilled. Control strategy for engine running control such as starting, idling, smart power output, decrease fuel cut off, limp home and overspeed protection are designed. Production code generation and off-line simulation are successfully realized. Base on the self-development simulation platform, the validity of the control strategy's algorithm is testified and applied to the diesel engine.
