通过改进方法,准确测出碱液中盐的粒径,并得出结论:离心机一级转鼓筛网的过滤间隙及过滤面积是盐碱分离效果的关键,在此基础上进行了生产试验,母液含盐量降低40%以上。
The particle size of salt in caustic soda solution was determined correctly by an improved method. The following conclusion was obtained:the filtering gap of primary drum filtering screen and the filtering area are the key to the effect of centrifuge separating salt and caustic soda. On the basis of the abore conclusion, production tests were carried out and the salt Content in mother liquor was decreased by above 40%.
