摘要
紫花苜蓿品种龙牧803风干种子在室温下经零磁空间处理6个月,在田间通过系统选择,结合返青期、返青率、株高、干草产量、粗蛋白质含量、抗病性等指标的检测,选育出紫花苜蓿新品系LS0301。进行了多点、多年田间比较试验表明,LS0301比亲本返青早1-3d,返青率提高1%-2%,株高提高4.94%,干草产量提高17.94%,粗蛋白质含量提高5.01%,表现对苜蓿褐斑病、白粉病有一定的抗性。2006年LS0301通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会的认定推广,定名为农菁1号。RAPD分析结果显示,龙牧803与LS0301在不同引物的扩增下显示出差异,表明零磁空间可以作为一种有效的育种手段。
Dry seeds of alfalfa variety Longmu803 were treated in magnetic field free space, A new alfalfa line LS0301 was selected among mutations evaluated by turn green date, turn green rate, dry grass yield, rude protein content index and disease resistance. Through several years of comparative field tests compared with Longmu803 indicating that turn green day for KS0301 is 1 - 3 days earlier, turn green rate is 1-2% higher, dry grass yield is 17.94% higher, rude protein content index is 5.01% higher,and new alfalfa line LS0301 has some resistance to brown blot and powdery mildew. An analysis of RAID polymorphism showed that magnetic field free space have made alfalfa DNA sequence change, different ptaces. Magnetic field free space is a useful method for crop breeding.
