我院2002~2005年神经外科脑挫伤住院患儿用药分析 被引量:3

Analysis on Drugs Usage of Brain-contusion Patients in Neurosurgical Inpatient Department of Pediatrics During 2002~2005

摘要 目的评价我院神经外科脑挫伤住院患儿的用药情况。方法采用药历统计软件对我院2002~2005年神经外科脑挫伤住院患儿用药品种、销售金额、用药频度进行统计、分析。结果抗感染药销售金额所占比例最大(39.82%),神经系统药、生物制品及生化药品销售金额也较多(分别占13.90%和12.10%)。结论抗感染药在治疗儿童脑挫伤中占有主导地位,神经系统药、生物制品及生化药品应用也较广泛。 OBJECTIVE: Abstract Aim The drug using of neurosurgical pediatric inpatients of brain injury in Beijing Tiantan Hospital was evaluated.METHODS: Statistics were made on the kinds of drug, the amount of money of drugs, frequency of drug using of neurosurgical pediatric inpatients of brain injury in Beijing Tiantan Hospital during 2005-2005, by using medical history statistics software.RESULTS: The amount of money of anti - infectious drugs was on the first place (39.82%), drugs of nervous system, biological products and biochemistry drugs were also high(13.90% and 12.10%, respectively) .CONCLUSION:Anti- infectious drug is the most often used drug for the treatment of brain injury of pediatrics.Nervous system drug, biological products and biochemistry drugs were also widely used.
