摘要
目的:测量颈、胸、腰、骶椎椎弓峡部厚度,为运动医学及临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法:测量100例(200侧)成人脊柱干燥骨C1-S1椎弓峡部厚度并对其与相应椎板厚度进行比较。结果:颈椎椎弓峡厚度,男性C3-4最厚、女性C3最厚,两性均C7最薄,且从C3至C7厚度递减;胸椎椎弓峡厚度,男女T1-T12厚度变化均不明显,男性T5-6段最薄,T9最厚,女性T3-6段最薄,T9-10最厚;腰椎椎弓峡厚度,男女均L5最厚,L1最薄,呈逐渐增厚趋势。从C1至S1,椎弓峡厚度侧别间均无显著性差异(P>0·05),而性别间均有显著性差异(P<0·01,L1:P<0·05)。结论:脊柱椎弓峡厚度有明显内在规律性,颈段最厚、腰段次之、胸段最薄。
Objective To measure the thickness of cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral vertebral interarticularis in order to provide anatomic base for sports medicine and clinical application. Methods The thickness of vertebral interartiaularis(TI)and laminae(TL)were measured and analysed on 100 (200 sides) spinal specimens (C1- S1). Results The vertebral interarticularis thickness of C3-4 in males and C3 in females was the thickest, and of C7 was the thinnest. From C3 to C7, there was a clear tendency becoming thinner and thinner. From T1 to T12 in males and females, the thickness showed on obvious variation, the thinnest parts were at T5-6 and the thickest were at T9 in males, the thinnest parts were at T3- 6 and the thickest were at T9-10 in females. The vertebral interarticularis of L5 was the thickest, and of L1 was the thinnest in males and females. From L1 to L5, the thickness gradually increased. From C1 to S1, there were no significant differences in the thickness between both sides( P 〉 0.05 ), while there was significant gender differences( P 〈 0.01, L1 : P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions There was a clear regularity in the thickness of vertebral interarticularis. The vertebral interarticularis thickness in the cervical region was the thickest, followed by the lumbar region, and the thickness of thoracic region was the thinnest.
