摘要
目的:建立威灵仙软膏抗炎镇痛作用的实验方法。方法:分别选用W istar大鼠、昆明小鼠,采用二甲苯法进行耳廓肿胀实验,热板法以及腹腔注射2.6%醋酸进行威灵仙软膏抗炎镇痛作用研究。结果:威灵仙软膏能抑制由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀(与赋形剂组比较,P<0.05),显著抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性(与千力痛泰膏组比较,P<0.05),对大鼠棉球肉芽肿均有极显著抑制作用(与赋形剂组比较,P<0.05),能提高小鼠的痛阈值与减少小鼠的扭体次数(与赋形剂组比较,P<0.05)。结论:威灵仙软膏具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective： To estabhsh the method for investigating the analgesic effect of Chinese clematis root ointment. Method： Wistar rats and Kunming mice were adopted, the method of xylene was used to making the experiment of swelling of pinna, the method of hot plate and intraperitoneal injection of 2.6% acetic acid were used to study the analgesic and anti - inflammatory effect of Chinese clematis root ointment. Result： Chinese clematis root ointment could resist the swelling of pinna of mice caused by xylene（compared with excipient group, P 〈 0.05 ）, also resist the capillary permeability of mice obviously （ compared with Hanglitongtai ointment group, P 〈0.05）, with depressant effect on the tampon granuloma obviously（compared with excipient group, P 〈0.05）. It could raise the pain threshold and decrease the times of stretching（ compared with excipient group, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese clematis root oint- ment has good analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects.
