镍基自润滑复合镀层的研究进展 被引量:2

Research Progress of Self-lubricating Nickel-based Composite Coatings

摘要 复合镀层由于具有优异的耐磨性、耐蚀性、自润滑等性能而受到广泛关注。采用电沉积或化学镀可以获得复合镀层,复合电镀也是制备复合材料的一种重要方法。本文主要对近几年国内外在镍基自润滑复合镀层方面取得的研究成果进行了概述。 Composite coatings are widely concerned about due to their excellent anti-corrosion, anti-wear and self-lubricating properties, etc. Composite coatings can be achieved by electrodeposition or electroless plating. Composite electroplating are also an important method for acquiring composite materials. In this paper, the research achievements on self-lubricating nickel-based composite coatings in recent years are overviewed.
