摘要
通过对高校科技成果产业化现有支撑环境中阻碍因素的分析,认为现有支撑环境中的利益安排没能有效促进各方核心价值追求的有效实现是其更深层次的阻碍因素,并提出营造鼓励企业高风险低投入进入、高校和教师长期收益的利益安排方式的支撑环境,建立细分的科技成果评估机制和有效、便捷的企业经营状况监察审计机制等措施,以推动高校科技成果的产业化进程。
This paper analyses the obstructor in supporting environmnet for industrialization of production of higher educational institutions, and offers some novel and suitable operations to promote the industrialization of production of higher educational institutions.
