摘要
以松木和杨木为试材,研究热风对流、红外线和微波3种供热方式的干燥速度和能耗变化规律,分析供热方式、板材厚度和树种对干燥特性的影响。结果表明:1)供热方式对干燥速度影响显著。热风对流和红外线的干燥速度与板厚之间关系显著;2)微波干燥能耗低。3种供热方式的平均能耗比为1∶1·01∶0·64;3)热风对流干燥周期长,易产生表裂和内裂缺陷;微波干燥速度快,但易出现内裂和炭化等缺陷,适于干燥厚板;红外干燥仅适于薄板干燥。
A series of drying experiments was conducted on plantation grown Poplar(Populus deltoids cv. I-69-55)and Masson' s pine (Pinus rnassoniana)lumber by three different heating methods,namely, convection, infrared and microwave. This paper determined the drying rate and energy consumption for those three drying methods, and also analyzed how the wood drying characteristics were influenced by the heating methods, wood species and lumber thickness. Results found that:1) The heating method affected the drying rate significantly. One-way hyperbola model indicated that the relationship between heating method and drying rate was close for the convection and infrared method,but not clear for the microwave method; 2) The average energy consumption ratio of the 3 heating ways of convection,infrared and microwave,was 1 : 1.01 : 0.64;3) As for the drying quality, convection drying had a long cycle which easily developed defects such as surface or internal cracks in the wood; microwave drying had a more rapid rate, but was likely to result in internal cracks or carbonization,so it was suitable for slabs; infrared drying was inferior in quality, and was only suitable for thin panels.
