摘要
采用全日照间歇式喷淋的方法,从不同扦插基质、不同生根粉浓度以及插条叶片状况等方面对插条扦插生根效果进行了研究。结果显示:在北京地区6月至8月,以珍珠岩为基质,用1 000 mg/L质量浓度的生根粉浸蘸(10 s)插条基部,选择留有三片全叶的插条进行扦插,生根率可达90%以上。
To find out the best conditions for softwood cutting rooting of peach rootstock Tsukuba No. 5 （Amygdalus persica var. densa A. p. var. duplex） with purple leaves, the trial used sprayer device with intermission spray under full illumination, three different media, five different concentrations of ABT1 （Rooting agent）and cutting with half leaves and whole leaves to optimize the way for softwood cuttings rooting. The results showed that from June to September in Beijing softwood cutting with three leaves, ABT1 solution dipping for 10 seconds at 1 000 mg/L, perlite as medium, the rooting percentage of cuttings could reach above 90 %.
