用磁化技术提高凝石胶凝材料性能的试验研究

摘要 采用磁化技术对凝石拌和水进行磁化预处理,可显著提高凝石胶凝材料的理化性能。与未磁化试样相比,采用磁化水拌制的砂浆试块早期抗压强度提高明显,后期有所减缓。水的磁化条件以磁场强度240 mT、水速1.0 m/s时提高最为明显,28 d抗压强度可提高10%左右。 It has been improved by experiment that the physical and chemical performances of the Sialite Binding Material can be improved evidently by magnetic pre - treating the mixture of sialite and water. Compared the samples of ordinary water with those of magnetized water, that magnetized water can improve compressive strength of paste samples, and also significantly increase the compressive strength of mortar ones at early age, but with less effect for late age. The best performance is achieved when the magnetic strength is 240 mT and the velocity of flow is 1.0 m/s. Compressive strength of the mortar samples can be steadily improved by about 10 % at 28 d.
