马王槽主隧道与横通道交叉部施工受力特征数值模拟分析 被引量:31

摘要 通过采用三维有限元数值模拟主隧道与横通道组成空间复杂交叉结构的施工过程,得出横通道施工将导致交叉部开口一侧结构变形不对称增加,围岩拉应力区显著增大以及交叉连接部两侧应力集中的施工受力特征。与主隧道与横通道正交情况相比,二者以60°角斜交,应力集中系数将由1.5提高至2.0倍。从设计角度出发,尤其需要对斜交横通道锐角一侧,进行重点加固设计以确保施工期间交叉部结构的安全。 By using 3D finite element numerical simulation method, the construction process of the two intersection stmctures of transverse gallery and main tunnel of highway from Wanxian to Liangping located in Southwest of China is studied.The research demonstrates that the construction of transverse gallery results in the increase of local deformation near the crossing of the transverse gallery with obvious growth of tension stress zone as well as the high stress concentration effect around the intersection of the main tunnel and the transverse gallery. Comparing with the case that the main tunnel and the transverse gallery at 90° intersections, the maximum stress concentration factor of the crossing of the main tunnel and the transverse gallery at 60° intersection is increased by 0.5 up to 2.0. Considering the side of acute angle of intersection of the main tunnel and the transverse gallery in most unfavorable loading state, raore considerations should be taken of the tunnel supporting design.To sum up, it is necessary to take some reasonable reinforcement nieasures to guarantee safety of the intersection structure; particularly the side of acute angle of the intersection.
