摘要
研究了柴油超声波-Fenton试剂氧化脱硫反应,重点考察了3种氧化脱硫方法对柴油氧化脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,在相同的反应时间下,超声波-Fenton体系的氧化脱硫效果最好,其次是超声波-H2O2体系,H2O2体系的氧化脱硫效果较差。在反应温度27℃、H2O2质量分数为30%、pH值为2.1、Fe2+与H2O2质量比为0.08、超声波功率200W、超声波频率28kHz、反应时间15min的条件下,超声波-Fenton试剂体系的氧化脱硫率可达到95.6%。柴油的超声波氧化脱硫反应符合表观一级反应动力学规律;Fenton试剂对氧化脱硫反应具有明显的促进作用。
The oxidative desulfurization of diesel and the impacts of three cases were studied and without ultrasonic Fenton reagent. At same reaction time,the highest desulfurization rate was the ultrasonic-Fenton reagent system, the next was the ultrasonic-H2O2 system,and the H2O2 system without ultrasonic was the worst. At a reaction temperature of 27 ℃, 30% H2O2, pH 2.1,Fe^2+/H2O2 0.08, ultrasonic power 200 W and frequency 28 kHz, and reaction time 15 min, the desulfurization rate of the ultrasonic-Fenton reagent system reached 95.6%. The Fenton reagent with ultrasonic could obviously enhance the desulfurization of diesel. All above three oxidative desulfurizations of diesel were in conformity with apparent-first order kinetics.
