摘要
试验选用起始体重为(35±1.04)kg的5头健康去势公猪(大白×长白),采用5×5拉丁方设计测定了玉米、豆粕、花生粕和乳清粉的氨基酸回肠末端表观消化率,采用水解酪蛋白法测定了氨基酸的内源损失,并计算得出4种原料的氨基酸回肠末端真消化率。本试验测得的4种原料的赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸的表观消化率与真消化率与中国饲料数据库2004年第15版推荐范围比较吻合。
Five T-cannulated barrows with average initial body weight (35 ± 1.04) kg (Large White x Landrace) were used, a 5 × 5 Latin square design was adopted to determine ileal apparent (AID) and true (TID) digestibilities of amino acids for corn, soybean meal, peanut meal and dried whey. Endogenous nitrogen losses were determined by enzymatically hydrolyzed casein based diets in this experiment. The results showed that lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan AID and TID for corn were 76.0%, 90.2%, 70.5%, 70.9% and 84.9%, 93.4%, 89.2%, 87.3%; for peanut meal were 82.3%, 90.1%, 77.8%, 81.7% and 88.0%, 93.4%, 92.4%, 90.3%; for soybean meal were 89.3%, 87.4%, 81.4%, 85.3% and 92.5%, 92.1%, 92.1%, 92.3%; for dried whey were 84.2%, 88.5%, 87.9%, 83.1% and 86.8%, 90.2%, 91.7%, 83.8% respectively in turn. The digestibilities of amino acids for the four feedstuffs were similar to those reported in the literature.
