摘要
河南科技学院新科学院学生就业调查结果显示独立学院毕业生对就业前景不乐观；对自身学历定位较高；职业价值取向突出自我导向．淡化社会价值；就业期望值偏高．职业价值目标功利化；缺乏诚信意识；对就业制度不了解。应进一步强化对独立学院的管理和政策支持；坚持正确的舆论导向．加强独立学院毕业生就业过程中的思想政治教育；提高独立学院毕业生的综合素质和就业竞争力；做好全程化的职业生涯规划指导工作；突出独立学院学生特点．努力开辟独立学院多样化与多层次的就业渠道。
Results of the investigation into the career mentality of the graduates from Xinke college, Henan Institute of Science ＆ Technology show that they are not positive about their career prospects and are credentials-oriented;they aspire to self-achievement rather than social responsibilities ; they have much career expectation and value material gain more in choosing careers and they are lack of credit awareness and of knowledge of the employment system. Countermeasures should be taken to improve the situation. That is;to strengthen the management of the attached college and work out supportive policies; to enhance the idealogical education of the graduates; to improve their all-round quality and their competitive power; to provide them with career guidence and to explore more employment avenues for the graduates.
