摘要
“一体化建设”的实效问题一直受到信息服务各界的关注。实施协同保障环境建设是切实推进“一体化建设”的一种策略选择。本文从管理角度提出了协同保障环境的概念模型以及信息秩序管理的雏型理念。
The actual effect of ＂integrated construction＂ has received wide attention from all circles of information service. To carry out environmental construction for collaborative guarantee is a strategic choice for the promotion of ＂integrated construction＂. Proceeding from the point of view of management, this paper puts forward a conceptual model of collaborative guarantee environment and an embryo idea of information order management.
