摘要
玄府理论是中医基础理论的基本内容之一,文章介绍了玄府理论的创立,玄府的涵义、生理及病理。对刘河间《素问玄机原病式》中风的相关问题,以玄府理论为指导,作了较为深入分析,指出中风病存在玄府闭塞,气血不通,神机不遂的病机,治疗强调宣通玄府,开发郁结,援立小续命汤开通玄府、治风活血,三化汤畅气行血、通腑开玄。
Xuanfu Theory is the fundamental content of basic theories for traditional Chinese medicine. Creation, connotation, physiology and pathology of Xuanfu were introduced. Related questions about stroke in Su Wen Xuan Ji yuan Bing Shi of Liu Hejian were analyzed deeply under the gu/dance of Xuanfu Theory. It is pointed out that there exists pathogenesis of obstruction of Xuanfu, stagnation of qi and bloed ,and ineffectiveness of vital activity in stroke. To open Xuanfu, evaporate mental Stagnation are emphasized in the treatment of stroke. Small Emergency Decoction is used to open Xuanfu and treat wind-evil to promote bleod circulation. Sanhua Decoction is used to promote blood and qi circulation, and dear the hollow viscera and open the sweat pores.
