大跨度预应力混凝土箱梁桥的健康监测系统 被引量:7

摘要 为了解决大跨度预应力混凝土箱梁桥出现的严重的安全问题(如结构性开裂和不正常的过度下挠等),设计和构建了该类箱梁桥的结构健康监测系统。依据箱梁的结构与损伤特点,该系统的软硬件包括5个部分:结构与环境温度监测子系统、挠度监测子系统、应变监测子系统(含箱梁桥关键断面的应变及主要裂缝的宽度)、动力特征监测子系统以及数据无线传输子系统。根据对箱梁桥该系统建设的经验与部分现场监测的结果,对健康监测系统的设计和构建提出了新的建议。 A health monitoring system for long span prestressed concrete box-girder bridges was designed to solve bridge safety problems related to structural cracks and excessive deflection. The hardware and software of system include 5subsystems based on the damage mechanism and structural features of the bridges, the temperature monitoring subsystem, the deflection monitoring subsystem, the strain monitoring subsystem (including strains in critical sections of the bridge and widths of the main cracks of the bridge), dynamic property monitoring subsystem, and the wireless data transmission subsystem. Some proposals are provided for the health monitoring system design of box-girder bridges using monitoring results in situ.
