摘要
介绍一种负载悬浮的高精度恒流源,详细阐述其电路组成与工作原理,分析研究电路的温度特性、频率特性和稳定性补偿问题,寻求最佳补偿参数。线路输出电流幅值精度高,温度稳定性好。所有参数均已经过调试,可以直接使用。
In this paper,a developed high precision constant current source is proposed and analysed including the circuit composition and working principle description,the frequency and temperature characteristics analysis,the stability compensation method selection and the compensation parameters optimization.The amplitude of its output current possesses high precision and good temperature stability.All given parameters have been adjusted and may be used without being modified.
