老年人不宁腿综合征的护理体会 被引量：1

摘要 不宁腿综合征（Bestless legs syndrome，RLS）是1685年由Thomas Wills首先提出．并于1945年经由Ekbom正式命名它是指双腿内所出现的一种相当不适的感觉，游走不定，在夜间或静息时更明显。以致形成两腿动作和走动m；它是一种常染色体显性遗传性疾病。研究显示有10％-28％的〉65岁的老年人易患RLS。其对老年人的生活影响较大。另有报道称，其阳性家族史成员发病率超过2，3四。现将我科收治的12例RLS患者护理经过总结如下。
