摘要
煤炭企业绩效考核是企业人力资源管理的核心,但是在煤炭企业绩效考核操作过程中,往往会出现考核指标设置不合理,指标权重确定方法不科学或者操作困难的问题。给出了应用AHP对煤炭企业绩效考核指标体系进行权重设计的方法,介绍了一种层次分析的专用软件,解决了在煤炭企业绩效考核中应用AHP的可操作性问题。
Performance appraisal is the core of coal enterprise human resources management, but during the operation process of coal enterprise performance appraisal, there are some difficult questions to deal with, such as unreasonable key performance measures and unscientific determination methods of goal weight. The author provides a method of designing performance appraisal measures weight and introduces a special software to solve the operational problem of AHP aPPlication of the Performance aPPraisal to coal enterprise.
