摘要
人体姿态平衡的正常维持依赖于视、前庭和本体感觉系统输入以及中枢神经系统的整合。动态姿态平衡仪能够定量评价直立姿态平衡功能。介绍了计算机化动态姿态平衡仪(CDP)的设计原理,包括感觉整合试验(SOT)和运动控制试验(MCT)的工作手册,以及用于CDP的数据分析技术。利用NeuroComEquiTest程序对我国111名健康志愿者(男69人、女42人;年龄20-59岁),进行了动态姿态平衡测试。结果表明:中国人SOT的平均得分值、MCT实验值与NeuroCom标准值之间没有明显差异。阐述了CDP在临床和航空航天医学中的应用前景。
