摘要
高校的扩招使得大学毕业生的数量剧增,近几年劳动力市场出现了相对的人才过剩局面,大学生就业面临着严峻的考验。但与此不协调的是,应届大学毕业生的离职率却居高不下。应届大学毕业生的高离职率不仅仅给用人单位带来了损失,也给离职者本人带来了损失,对劳动力市场的稳定也造成了严重的冲击。应届大学毕业生的高离职率问题不仅仅受员工离职普遍因素的影响,也受诸多特殊因素的影响。这应当引起应届大学毕业生本人以及社会各方面的关注并找出相应的对策。
The number of college students increases rapidly because of the recruitment expanding. The complexion of relative overmuch of human resources appeared recent years. Obtaining employment for college graduates faces baptism. Inconsistently, the demission rate for this year's graduates keep very high. This not only brings harms to employing corporation, but also brings harms to college graduates themselves. Meanwhile, this phenomenon impacts the stabilization of labur market. The high demission rate for this year's graduates is not only influenced by general factors of demission, but also influenced by specific factors. This should arouse the attention of this year's graduates and the society. And we should find out the countermeasure for this phenomenon.
