摘要
环境预警是对环境质量退化和生态系统逆化演替的先觉性报警；环境预警与环境评价、环境预测有密切关系，但其目的性、针对性更突出对人为环境恶化的警示。环境预警包括对环境负向演化、环境恶化速度、环境恶化状态和环境质变等方面。当前，环境预警的理论和方法尚不完善，需不断探索、发展。
Environmental warning is defined by the author as giving a warning on environmental degeneration or ecological negative evolution to the public before an established fact. Environmental warning is closely related to environmental evaluation and environmental forecasting,but its goal is concentrately aimed at the caution for human-induced environmental degeneration. It includes the warnings of environmental negative evolution,environmental rapid degrading,bad environmental quality and environmental quality abruptly change etc. At present,the theory and methodology of environmental warning is imperfect, and it needs to continue to be approached and developed.
