摘要
对芒果的贮藏生理特性、主要贮藏病害、防腐保鲜处理以及贮藏保鲜方法进行了综述,并对解决芒果贮藏保鲜工作中出现的问题提出了具体对策。
This paperhas discussed storage physiology, main disease, antisepsis and storage methods of mango. Prospects of storage of mango are put forward as well.
