摘要
中国对外直接投资迅速发展,对国民经济的作用日益重要。中国对外直接投资的优势来自实力与机遇,问题表现在投资的规模偏小、国有企业比例较大等八个方面。为此,政府要抓好法律体系完善、制定对外投资战略规划等六件大事,企业也要注重培育与利用三大优势。
The rapid development of China＇s foreign direct investment plays an increasingly important role in national economy. The advantages of China＇s foreign direct investment come from its competitiveness and opportunities, but there are also problems such as smaller scale of investment, bigger proportion of state - owned enterprises and so on. Therefore, the government must make strategic planning such as perfection of law system, stipulation of foreign investment and so on. Enterprises should pay attention to fostering and employing three advantages.
