作者根据工作经验,系统分析了联合国维和待命医疗分队训练的组织与管理工作,论述了待命机制与任务、待命训练内容、待命训练组织、待命训练应注意的问题,对于统筹安排维和医疗分队的待命训练工作具有指导意义。
In accordance with the Draft MOU and General Guidelines for Peacekeeping OPNS, aiming to increase the ability of medical support in peacekeeping operations, combining with the real conditions of Liberia, we maked overall plans and took all factors into consideration of the training for stand - by peacekeeping medical contingent of uNMIL, and organized the training work carefully to fit the UN peacekeeping missions and requirements of medical operations.
