摘要
为解决青岛扶桑JFH项目地脚螺栓预埋精度问题,采取可调节式地脚螺栓组预埋技术,经检测,青岛扶桑JFH项目44组共计526个螺栓预埋全部一次合格,节约成本4.281万元.实践证明:可调节式地脚螺栓组预埋施工技术解决了目前钢结构工程中地脚螺栓组预埋精度问题,避免了钢结构柱脚扩孔现象,降低了工程造价,缩短了工期.
To solve the problem of covering the Qingdao Chinese hibiscus JFH project foot bolt in advance, the adjustment type foot bolt group is adopted as pre-covering technology, the examination sees that it works well and is completely qualified in the Qingdao Chinese hibiscus JFH project 44 groups of total 576 bolts pre-covering, and saves the cost of 42,610 Yuan. The practice proves that the covering technique of the adjustment type foot bolt group really solves the present steel structure project the foot bolt group covering, prevents the steel knot from bending drills in drilling, reduces the project construction cost.
