摘要
化学絮凝法对油井作业废液的处理过程中,絮凝剂对悬浮物与石油类的脱除效果随污水粘度增大而降低,利用Fenton试剂对污水中高分子添加剂进行氧化,可有效降低作业废液的粘度。在一定范围内,增大FeSO4浓度明显提高了Fenton试剂的氧化降粘处理能力。对氧化降粘的反应数据进行拟合的结果表明,Fenton试剂氧化降粘的反应级数为一级,拟合系数0.98以上。
The treating result of suspended substance and petroleum oil with flocculants was influenced by the viscosity of fracturing wastewater from oil well. Fenton reagent reduced the viscosity of fracturing wastewater by oxidizing polymeric additives. It was proved that with the increasing of FeSO_4 content, the reducing potential of viscosity was apparently improved. The results showed that viscosity reduction at mild conditions was oxidizing reaction of first order with correlation above 0.98.
