摘要
研究半金属摩阻材料的摩擦因数随速度、温度、载荷等影响因素耦合作用的量化关系,并在试验基础上研究了半金属材料的摩擦因数计算公式。从而为理论研究鼓式制动器在制动过程中的制动效能提供依据。
In order to characterize the friction coefficient between lining and drum for the drum brake during urgent brake course, the quantitative relationship, the friction coefficient of semi-metal rub material was influenced according to matching function by the velocity, temperature, load and etc. have been worked over. And then friction coefficient formula for semi-metal materials was worked out based on the experiments. It laid a foundation for the study of brake efficiency.
